I was in Brussels to work, and so needed an easy place to spend the evenings and sleep. I enjoyed staying in a large, shared house, although I scarcely saw the other guests. A shared kitchen and bathrooms might not suit some, but they met my needs. My room was at the top of the house, with a very high ceiling reaching into the apex of the roof. My window was in the ceiling, so well above the height at which I could see out of it. For my purposes, this was fine. Everything is clean, in good order and appears to be well managed. If rooms are available when I need them, I will return.

The house is perfect for a group, with bedrooms / bathrooms spread over several floors and a pleasant living space to meet. The set has been recently renovated. The house is well located, in a lively area, with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars in close proximity. The Grand Place as well as the Brussels Midi train station can also be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes. Communication with Kathrin is friendly and efficient. Many recommendations and very clear instructions are sent. Kathrin was kind enough to leave us a secure room for our luggage after check-out. Thank you! Anyway, we had a great time and can only recommend this place!
